Questions

If the PDF is free on Zenodo, why would I pay?
The Zenodo edition is the complete, authoritative academic version — freely available forever under CC-BY 4.0. Most readers find this fully sufficient, and we encourage you to start there. Paid editions exist for specific work scenarios: the Researcher Edition gives analysts and teams convenience formats (editable DOCX, high-resolution figures, ready-to-paste citations) that save hours of manual conversion; the Citation Edition adds reproducibility tools, raw data, and extended scholarship for academic and institutional use. The free version is not a “limited” version — it is the full work. Paid editions add convenience and tools; they do not gate content.
Can I expense this through my company?
Yes. Each purchase generates a receipt showing the buyer, item, the permanent DOI (10.5281/zenodo.20513903), and vendor (archi-intelligence). The DOI gives procurement teams a verifiable research reference.
Can my team share these files internally?
Yes. Each purchase grants your organization internal sharing rights. The underlying research is CC-BY 4.0 (shareable with attribution). For enterprise licensing of 50+ users, contact research@archi-intelligence.org.
Will I get future versions?
Yes. Paid editions include lifetime updates for that working paper’s future revisions. We’ll email you when a new version is released.
How do I receive the files after purchase?
After your payment is confirmed, we’ll email a download link to the email address you enter at Stripe checkout. The link points to a single .tar.gz archive containing both the English and Chinese editions with all files listed above. If it hasn’t arrived within a few hours, check your spam folder or contact research@archi-intelligence.org and we’ll resend it.
Refund policy?
We offer a 14-day satisfaction-based refund. If the edition isn’t useful for your work, email research@archi-intelligence.org within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it in full. Because these are digital files delivered by download link, a refund also ends your license to use, keep, or share the files — on refund, please delete the downloaded copies. (The underlying research remains free and open on Zenodo under CC-BY 4.0 regardless.)
Citation Edition — does my name really appear on your /citations/ page?
Yes, opt-in. After purchase you’ll receive a form to provide your name, affiliation (optional), and profile link (ORCID / university / LinkedIn — optional). Listings are alphabetical; no commercial logos; no implied endorsement either direction.
